Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader 
The newsletters are all in Adobe PDF format. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader, it can be downloaded from: adobe.com. Follow the instructions provided by Adobe to select the correct version for your operating system. Adobe does not charge for the PDF reader. They do charge for the PDF writer and other products.
